Job Summary: Work in the Strategy and Management area, performing data analysis, interpretation, and exploration to support internal departments with structured information and recommendations. Collaborate effectively with teams and business units Work in the Strategy and Management area, conducting data analysis, interpretation, and exploration to support internal departments through structured information, ad hoc analyses, and data-driven recommendations. Contribute to decision-making at strategic, tactical, and operational levels across the company, ensuring consistency and reliability of information and generating relevant business insights, while also performing other duties inherent to the role. 1\. Analyze data from various sources, such as ERP, CRM, internal systems, and external databases, ensuring an integrated view of information. 2\. Conduct exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement or growth. 3\. Develop and maintain management reports, performance indicator dashboards, and executive dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions. 4\. Support the definition, monitoring, and interpretation of KPIs and performance metrics across various organizational departments. 5\. Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific requests, ensuring agility and accuracy in responses to internal departments. 6\. Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies. 7\. Document conducted analyses, adopted assumptions, applied business rules, and utilized methodologies to ensure traceability and standardization. Collaborate with BI Analysts, Data Engineers, technology teams, and business units to translate operational needs into analytical solutions. 9\. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to analytical processes, data governance, and strategic use of information. 10\. Propose and implement improvements within the scope of responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions. 11\. Stay updated on industry trends and on new tools, features, and technologies available in the market. 12\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the role. 13\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence norms. 14\. Perform other professional activities related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
