The **Financial Control – Operations** area is responsible for supporting the accounting, financial, and cost management functions of real estate development, directly managing the **land inventory**, **forecasting and payment scheduling**, **contract registration**, and **creation of cost collectors for real estate development (DI)**. As a corporate function, we support the entire operational scope, ensuring governance, standardization, and consistency of information. We are seeking an intern to support the area’s processes, contributing to analyses, controls, and organization of data underpinning strategic decisions for projects. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform **land contract registrations** in internal systems, ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines. * Support the **creation, updating, and management of cost collectors** for real estate development (DI) projects. * Contribute to developing **financial simulations and analyses** related to land and projects. * Assist in maintaining the **land inventory**, ensuring data integrity and traceability. * Provide support for **forecasting** and **payment scheduling** for land acquisitions. * Support simple accounting processes and routines, ensuring alignment with the controller’s office and other partner areas. * Organize documents, spreadsheets, and financial data to support internal operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic formulas). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn financial and accounting processes. **Additional information** Competitive market-based salary. * Transportation allowance More than houses, we aim to build solutions.
