Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing data and metrics, optimizing processes, and partnering with HR to ensure the reliability of targets. Key Highlights: 1. Develop dashboards and reports for performance monitoring 2. Identify trends and patterns in data to generate strategic insights 3. Optimize processes and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement \- Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring operational performance and the target portfolio. \- Identify **t**rends and patterns in customer databases, operational costs, direct and indirect costs, and strategic indicators. \- Analyze the effectiveness of deliveries in the Acessórias system and propose improvements. \- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for management. \- Review and optimize processes for tracking operational management rituals. \- Partner with HR to ensure reliability and alignment of target portfolio metrics. Technical Requirements: * Proven experience in cost calculation and analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros). * Knowledge of managerial report and dashboard development.
