Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and productivity. Organize production flow, inventory, and logistics. Ensure operational quality, safety, and organization. Support administrative routines with HR/Personnel Department. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
