Focusing on service quality and corporate image **Job \- Senior Technical Assistant** Steffen Professional Cleaning is seeking a committed and proactive professional to join our service team in the Belo Horizonte region. We value dynamic, organized individuals who interact easily with customers and consistently prioritize service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the Scheduled Visit Plan provided by Supervision, ensuring optimal route planning; * Conduct technical visits to Steffen customers—including laundries, kitchens, food processing industries, hotels, and other clients—for installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of dosing equipment and hygiene systems; * Uphold Steffen’s corporate image by ensuring service quality and proper equipment maintenance; * Perform all activities in compliance with Steffen’s policies and safety regulations related to the role and/or required by customers; * Report all technical visits via the Technical Service Report, ensuring information accuracy and integrity, using company-provided tools/platforms; * Request equipment, parts, and components required for customer maintenance under the supervision of the Senior Technician; * Report improper use of equipment and systems via a customer-validated report; * Inform management about competitor activity or deviations from the agreed standard product portfolio at assigned customer sites; * Monitor Steffen assets installed at customer locations; * Conduct technical assessments for dosing system installations; * Support the sales team in field testing of new equipment and technologies; * Inform Supervision about new technologies observed in the field; * Supervise third-party service providers during field activities and project execution; * Train Steffen customers on operating dosers, hygiene systems, and processes; * Train customers on safety and proper handling and use of Steffen products; * Advise customers on inventory turnover; * Monitor material requests to ensure necessary availability for service delivery; * Program dosing machines and equipment; * Automate conventional laundry washing machines; * Collect and manage service report booklets from other technicians; organize them internally under your responsibility; * Demonstrate leadership potential to train and develop other professionals in the area, supporting their growth within the company; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Requirements:** * Willingness and ability to travel frequently; * Personal vehicle; * Flexible working hours. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing/graduated in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics / Electromechanics or related fields (recent graduates welcome). **Working Hours:** 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch break) **Remuneration:** R$ $ 3\.120,00 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance R$ 26.50/day \+ Mileage Reimbursement **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte and nearby regions Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.120,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available for travel? * Do you have a personal vehicle for work? * Do you hold a qualification in Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics?
