Job Summary: Trip Food Group is seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Bar Manager to ensure excellence in mixology, supervise bar operations, and develop the team across its 4 restaurants. Develop bartenders and support drink creation **BAR MANAGER** The Trip Food Group, operating 4 restaurants in Belo Horizonte (Trip Food Pampulha, Trip Food Sapucaí, Barzenho, and Poutineria), is looking for an experienced, organized, and leadership-minded Bar Manager to join our team! Here, every customer embarks on a global gastronomic journey—and your role is to guarantee that each drink is crafted with excellence, maintaining consistency, speed, and a well-structured bar operation. WORK SCHEDULE: Weekdays, holidays, and weekends. Night shift. ABOUT THIS POSITION: * CLT employment contract; * Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off); * Fixed salary of BRL 2400.00 \+ commission RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and organize the bar team during the shift; * Ensure quality standards, presentation, and preparation time for drinks; * Supervise bar production flow to prevent bottlenecks; * Train and develop bartenders and bar assistants; * Manage inventory of beverages, ingredients, and utensils; * Monitor consumption and minimize waste; * Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, and adherence to good practices; * Directly handle peak-hour operations, ensuring speed without compromising quality; * Support drink creation and improvement aligned with the establishment’s concept. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Proven experience as a bartender; * Demonstrated leadership experience or leadership potential; * Solid knowledge of mixology; * Organization, agility, and strong sense of responsibility; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
