Job Summary: We are seeking experienced pastry assistants or candidates with formal training to support gourmet dessert production and maintain an organized, clean kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in product preparation and finishing We seek pastry assistants with experience or formal training in the field to join our team and support gourmet dessert production. **Location:** Jaraguá – Belo Horizonte/MG (1 commute option to Savassi or Pampulha) **Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM – Rotating 6x1 shift (1 day off per week \+ 2 Sundays/month) **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 * Transportation allowance (symbolic deduction of R$1.00\) * R$ 250.00 on iFood \+ average bonus of R$ 200.00 (no deduction) * Welcoming environment in a high-end bakery **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing gourmet brigadeiros, cakes, and other desserts * Molding, filling, decorating, and finishing products * Organize ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness * Support packing boxes and fulfilling orders **Requirements:** * Experience as a pastry assistant or currently enrolled in related courses * Efficiency in food preparation * Good communication skills * Availability to use 1 commute option to Savassi or Pampulha Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
