HR Payroll Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** Execute full payroll closing for multiple companies (various employment regimes and unions). Review documents, integrations, severance calculations, and homologations. Proactive submission of information to eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital. Manage acquisition periods and electronic time-tracking systems. Clarify labor-related questions and provide basic legislative consulting to portfolio clients. **Required Qualifications:** Prior experience in accounting office environments (essential for handling the turnover of different Collective Bargaining Agreements). Proficiency in current labor legislation and government platforms (eSocial). Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration. Exceptional organizational skills, focus on deadlines, and strong written/verbal communication.
