




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns focused on lead generation and CAC reduction, managing budgets and monitoring KPIs. Metric analysis and continuous improvement Senior Media and Performance Analyst \- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation and CAC reduction. • Develop media plans aligned with commercial goals and campaign calendars. • Operate Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, remarketing, and lookalike targeting. * Manage budgets and ensure optimal cost per result. • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and channel-level performance). • Create strategic dashboards and reports. • Integrate campaigns with the CRM and track the lead journey. * Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements. Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. • Experience in digital marketing and paid media management, including planning and optimization of lead-generation and performance-focused campaigns. • Experience with performance campaigns and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics. * Experience tracking metrics, analyzing funnels, and integrating with CRM to improve outcomes and reduce customer acquisition cost. • Digital media certifications are desirable. • E-commerce media knowledge.
