Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to prepare engineering service proposals, interpret tender documents, and align commercial strategies to drive sales and business value. If you have experience preparing engineering service proposals, evaluating documentation, enhancing commercial competitiveness, and aligning with company guidelines, this opportunity may be perfect for you. * Prepare technical proposals for engineering services (project management, geotechnical investigation, surveying, instrumentation, supervision, etc.); * Interpret tender documents, terms of reference (TR), and technical documents; * Structure scope, execution methodology, schedules, and technical assumptions; * Develop and consolidate documents such as: Technical Proposal; Histograms; Organizational Charts; Schedules; * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, planning, procurement, and commercial); * Support the definition of commercial strategies to enhance competitiveness; * Participate in technical clarifications with clients; * Ensure standardization and quality of issued documents; * Monitor tender processes and market opportunities **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles; experience in engineering companies is a plus; * Experience preparing technical and/or commercial proposals; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting tender documents and terms of reference; * Advanced Excel proficiency (spreadsheet development, cost composition); * Strong technical writing and document organization skills; * Analytical, structured profile with deadline orientation.
