If you want to take ownership of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to customers (distributors and end users), advising on optimal use of equipment and consumables; * Perform equipment installation, technical demonstration, and handover; * Identify and resolve technical issues, either directly or by escalating to specialized support; * Size and specify solutions tailored to customer needs, aiming for productivity and cost reduction; * Conduct training sessions for customers, representatives, and the sales team; * Support commercial initiatives, including opportunity prospecting and participation in trade fairs and events; * Monitor technical reports and ensure proper handling of equipment; * Comply with safety, quality, and company policy standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Completed technical course in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in technical support, applications, or related areas; * Experience delivering technical and consultative demonstrations in the industrial electric arc welding segment; * Experience in customer service, training delivery, and technical validation; * Knowledge of welding equipment and welding processes (MMA, MIG/MAG, and TIG); * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation voucher Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare allowance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discounts club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
