Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications #### **Responsibilities** * Safely and efficiently operate backhoe loader for excavation, material loading, site grading, and trenching. * Conduct daily pre\-operation inspections (check\-list) and basic preventive maintenance on the backhoe loader, including checking oil, coolant, and fuel levels, and lubricating specific points. * Strictly follow project specifications, engineering plans, and supervisor instructions for earthmoving and soil handling tasks. * Coordinate with ground crews, signalmen, and other machine operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety at the construction site. * Immediately report any mechanical failures, equipment damage, safety hazards, or operational irregularities. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cab and equipment, ensuring proper preservation. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating backhoe loaders in civil construction, earthworks, sanitation, or mining projects. * Valid and up\-to\-date Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category D or E. * Certification or training course for Backhoe Loader Operator and NR11 (Transportation, Handling, Storage, and Movement of Materials), both current. * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics to identify and communicate issues and perform minor adjustments. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical project specifications for accurate task execution. * Understanding and application of occupational safety standards and standard operating procedures in construction environments. #### **Skills** * Backhoe Loader Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Reading Engineering Drawings/Sketches * Knowledge of NR11 * Excavation Techniques * Defensive Driving * Mechanical Fault Identification ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On\-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
