**Young Apprentices of Geração E \- BA1 Unit \- Edition: 2025** **Mission:** Contribute to young people's entry into the labor market by providing an environment that fosters the development of skills and competencies through personal and professional experiences. Our goal is to train new generations prepared for the challenges of the market, empowering them to excel and innovate. **Roles and Responsibilities** **Management / Sponsor (Male/Female)** Management plays a fundamental role in the program’s success, acting as a facilitator in apprentices’ development and preparation. It ensures that the workplace is conducive to apprentices’ professional and personal growth, aligning company expectations with program objectives. Sponsors (male/female) are key players in the learning process. They provide guidance, support, and mentorship to apprentices, monitoring their development and contributing to building a meaningful and transformative learning journey. **Apprentice** The apprentice is the protagonist of this project. By assuming responsibilities and committing to their own development, they demonstrate dedication and proactivity—essential qualities for success in the labor market. The program offers the opportunity to experience real-world challenges, preparing them for a promising career. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Program Objective** Provide young apprentices with hands-on experience in developing improvement solutions, fostering critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and the pursuit of innovation.
