If you enjoy a dynamic work environment, interacting with diverse departments and people to build multifunctional and multicultural relationships, possess an open and collaborative mindset, are comfortable handling processes and planning, and are organized and proactive, this position is for you! **Important position details:** * Work location: Brumado \- Bahia * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent * Shift: Rotating **Responsibilities:** * Perform bagging/production of magnesium oxide, including labeling and sealing of finished products across various production lines, according to the established production plan. * Transport produced materials by coordinating with forklift operators for movement and storing materials in designated locations. * Conduct sampling per procedure and forward samples to the laboratory to ensure product quality control and traceability. * Organize and protect materials to maintain their quality during the production process and in the transfer area, supporting achievement of defined targets. * Open and close production batches per received production orders, supporting achievement of defined targets. * Clean and organize the production plant area as instructed and upon request, supporting achievement of defined targets. * Assist, upon request, with maintenance operations in your area—such as cleaning and material transport—to support achievement of defined targets. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Completed high school education **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge/experience in mining Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus programs, and meal cards.
