Apply now and join the Planit team!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate Electrical Engineering, Automation, and Instrumentation projects from the conceptual phase through commissioning and startup; * Responsible for the full conception and implementation of CapEx projects, including new layouts, expansions, and new production lines; * Prepare descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, engineering documents (MD and URS), and scopes for contracting engineering firms, electromechanical installation contractors, and suppliers; * Develop and monitor physical schedules using Microsoft Project, tracking costs, deadlines, performance indicators, and physical progress of construction; * Solid multidisciplinary experience in engineering projects involving various disciplines such as electrical, civil, mechanical, and automation; critically analyze industrial low- and medium-voltage electrical projects developed by engineering firms, ensuring compliance with national and international technical standards; * Technically specify electrical panels, MCCs, distribution centers, electric motors, frequency inverters, soft starters, transformers, grounding systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), industrial lighting, and other electrical components; * Develop and specify industrial automation solutions for continuous and batch processes, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, supervisory software, and automation architectures; * Support integration among automation, supervision, MES, and ERP systems; * Specify instruments for industrial process measurement and control, evaluating data sheets, instrument lists, and technical documentation, as well as defining applications for flow, pressure, temperature, level, pH, conductivity, weighing, control valves, sensors, and actuators; * Monitor industrial construction sites, inspecting electromechanical installations, verifying conformity between as-built drawings and execution, inspecting service quality, and coordinating contracted companies regarding productivity, quality, and safety; * Supervise electrical tests, loop tests, functional tests, energization, commissioning, and startup of systems and equipment; * Develop solutions aimed at optimizing electrical energy consumption, evaluating metering systems, power quality, power factor, and high-efficiency electric drives; * Identify opportunities to improve industrial processes, proposing solutions that increase reliability, availability, safety, and operational efficiency; * Support the technical standardization of projects and corporate specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in managing industrial projects in Electrical Engineering, Automation, and Instrumentation; * Experience in projects for implementation, expansion, and modernization of industrial plants; * Experience in managing, supervising, and monitoring the execution of industrial projects; * Experience in critical analysis of industrial low- and medium-voltage electrical projects; * Experience in monitoring construction, commissioning, and startup of industrial facilities; * Experience in technical specification of electrical equipment, automation systems, and instrumentation. * Knowledge of industrial process control systems; * Knowledge of industrial low- and medium-voltage electrical projects, industrial automation, instrumentation, commissioning, and startup; * Experience preparing technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, sizing memoranda (MD), URS, and other engineering documents; * Experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector (mandatory requirement);
