Job Summary: An experienced professional in masonry and civil plumbing, responsible for constructing, renovating, and maintaining infrastructure while ensuring service quality and safety. Corrective maintenance and repairs of installations Description: * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role; * Advanced knowledge of masonry and civil plumbing; * Basic knowledge of building electrical systems. * Review project plans and specifications for construction or repair work to guide material selection for requested services. * Provide technical support for purchasing construction materials, recommending them to the immediate supervisor according to project specifications for new construction or renovation, aiming to contribute to cost optimization and final service quality. * Monitor construction material usage and guide the team to avoid waste and ensure appropriate quantities for executed tasks. * Construct and/or renovate civil works, preparing and proportioning materials, laying foundations, setting bricks, concrete, tiles, stones, plaster, etc., as well as performing finishing work (flooring, tiling, sinks, toilets, plaster application, etc.), in accordance with civil construction project plans, aiming for quality and precision. * Perform simple repairs on electrical panels, showers, outlets, light bulbs, and similar structures. * Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures, repairing walls and floors, applying plaster, replacing roof tiles, sanitary fixtures, and other accessories, aiming to preserve company properties. * Perform and assist the maintenance team at pump houses in general, carrying out all types of hydraulic, electrical, and civil repairs. * Complete the daily area report, identifying shift start and end times as well as performed activities, to control daily scheduling. * Conduct daily checklists of used machines and equipment, verifying their conditions and reporting any failures to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper area operation. * Ensure area cleanliness and upkeep by removing waste and disposing of materials in appropriate locations, aiming to maintain a suitable workplace for daily activities. Follow area safety recommendations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safeguard oneself against occupational health and safety hazards. * 2511190202461876384
