Job Summary: Professional responsible for preventive and corrective electrical, civil, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance, ensuring the preservation of building facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Work on electromechanical systems **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Preventive and corrective maintenance\- electrical\- civil/hydraulic, etc. Preservation of building facilities, limited to initial superficial intervention when dealing with electromechanical systems and equipment; operation on energized systems is strictly prohibited. The main activities of this role pertain to: electrical maintenance (electrical distribution panels, luminaires and lamps, switches and outlets, etc.), civil maintenance (masonry, structures, painting, hydrosanitary piping, doors, windows, glass, etc.), and mechanical maintenance (cleaning of condensers, cleaning of evaporators, drains, monitoring generator maintenance, etc). **Minimum Education Requirement:** Extracurricular / Vocational Training Course
