




Job Summary: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments within a hybrid infrastructure, ensuring system availability, integrity, performance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on information security and monitoring automation **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments within a hybrid infrastructure, ensuring availability, integrity, performance, and security of systems and applications. * Install, configure, update, and maintain Windows servers in accordance with best practices and institutional policies. * Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, RADIUS, File Server, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), automation scripts, and inter-site replication. * Implement information security guidelines, including hardening, antivirus and antispam management, log analysis, and vulnerability remediation. * Deploy monitoring automation, apply security patches, and proactively mitigate risks. * Execute deployments, migrations, testing, and evolution of the ICT environment, including administrative, judicial, and electoral systems. * Assess technical feasibility of new solutions, propose improvements, and support adoption of new technologies. * Provide advanced support (Level 3), performing complex troubleshooting in critical environments. * Open and track incidents with vendors, ensuring SLA compliance. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in the ITSM tool, produce technical reports, and ensure rollback, recovery, and service re-deployment plans. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree * AZ-800 certification * Proven experience administering corporate Windows Server environments. * Solid knowledge of critical infrastructure, information security, and IT service management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification. * Additional Microsoft certifications (AZ-800, AZ-801, AZ-104, MS-100). * Experience working in public sector institutions, judicial bodies, or regulated environments. * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). * Experience with high availability, clustering, and disaster recovery. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Advanced administration of Windows Server (2016, 2019, and/or 2022). * Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, and authentication. * Automation and administration via PowerShell. * Security applied to Windows environments (hardening, patching, logging, vulnerability management). * Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and cloud integration (Azure hybrid – desirable). * Experience with ITSM, technical documentation, and change management. * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, authentication, firewall). * Ability to perform troubleshooting in critical environments. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher * Transportation voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance
