If you have experience in user support, system installation, and configuration, this is your opportunity to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, test, and maintain system infrastructures, cloud, networks, operating systems, application software, and system management tools; * Monitor and test system performance to identify potential bottlenecks, propose possible solutions, and collaborate with peers and external specialists to implement adjustments; * Write and maintain IT standards, blueprints, architecture diagrams, high- and low-level designs (High\- \& Low\-Level Designs), and documentation and user manuals; * Provide first-, second-, and third-level support and interface with vendors and other IT professionals to resolve issues; * Perform project-related tasks and regularly provide updated project status reports throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; * ITIL Foundation certification; * Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies; * Experience with Azure Cloud and other cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP); * Knowledge of virtualization, automation, and scripting (Python, PowerShell); * Knowledge of networking (OSI and TCP/IP models); * Advanced English (minimum B2 level); Desirable * Specialization in Networks and Servers. **Additional Information** * Bradesco Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * On-site Meal Benefit * Fuel Voucher * Total Pass * Education Assistance Join NeoOrtho and become part of an innovative company committed to health and quality of life!
