




Job Summary: Professional to manage civil construction projects end-to-end, with a focus on vertical residential developments, from reviewing design documents through to final handover. Supplier monitoring and evaluation Our client specializes in civil construction, primarily focused on residential developments—especially vertical ones. **Responsibilities:** Review execution drawings and perform design coordination; Execute project planning and site management; Monitor and update budgets and schedules; Manage on-site inventory control; Prepare progress reports and service verification reports; Define scope, conduct surveys, request, monitor, and support procurement of materials and services; Evaluate material suppliers and service providers, and monitor the execution of delivered services; Oversee occupational safety and documentation for service providers; Monitor the issuance of final project completion documents (habite-se); Perform necessary analysis and monitoring to generate reports using Sienge; Demonstrate technical knowledge, experience, and practical know-how that complements and enhances project outcomes; Monitor suppliers required for project delivery; Maintain and strengthen relationships with material and service distributors to ensure smooth and excellent project execution and delivery; Track and communicate project phase progress to clients and real estate agents as required by the company. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate specialization in Construction Management or related fields is desirable; Proven experience in constructing vertical buildings is required; Familiarity with construction management systems; Knowledge of personnel management; Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry software is desirable: AutoCAD, Revit, Power BI; Advanced Excel proficiency; Commitment; Organization; Assertive communication; Technically sound decision-making; Team leadership; People and group management skills; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including lunch break. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher On-site meals Health insurance **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** São Francisco **City:** Camboriú **State:** SC
