If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us in driving business forward and building the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Respond to Maintenance Service Orders. * Perform preventive and corrective facility maintenance. * Perform plumbing, mechanical, partition, and ceiling maintenance. * Carry out minor painting, masonry, and carpentry tasks. * Assist in installation and maintenance of facility electrical systems, lamp replacement, outlet relocation, and similar tasks (all activities performed with the electrical system de-energized). * Perform installation or maintenance tasks on low-voltage electrical equipment and procedures for energizing and de-energizing electrical circuits. * Supervise third-party companies engaged in maintenance and upkeep activities. * Support the qualification process for new maintenance service partners. * Support layout change activities. * Provide the area manager with information regarding maintenance-related costs, execute tasks, and prioritize service orders according to company policy and requests from the manager; * Welding services for facility maintenance or fabrication of jigs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** --------------------------- * Completed high school education.
