About the job Our Production team is looking for a Packaging Operator to work onsite in Poços de Caldas/MG, on a 6x1 schedule, at our Dairy Factory. The person will be responsible for operating the packaging machine, performing cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs (autonomous maintenance), as well as supporting lower-level activities when needed, always following Safety and Quality standards and procedures (internal standards and Brazilian legislation). * Execute Safety systems (e.g., observations in Sphera, safety labels) and comply with the Golden Rules. * Maintain the line in basic condition (clean, organized, and compliant). * Comply with HACCP and NEPTUNE requirements, ensuring product and process meet specifications. * Prevent non-conformities (Jidoka) by conducting failure analysis and corrective actions. * Execute centerlining and DMS standards (visual setup, work zone, and audit frequency). * Perform inspections (e.g., filters) and preventive Food Safety activities (valves, connections, and fruit station hoses), including interface with pest control when applicable. * Meet loss standards and record data in systems (SAP/WEB) at each stage (drainage, start-up, shut-down, dosing). * Support improvements to reduce production costs and execute material receipt/replacement procedures. * Ensure execution of cleaning and inspection procedures. * Perform start-up at scheduled time and operate according to defined standards. * Identify and address deviations (labels) that may impact delivery and ensure execution of operational OMs. * Participate in mandatory trainings (Safety, Quality, IWS, and losses). * Generate LPPs, support team upskilling, and demonstrate Danone behaviors daily. * Understand environmental impacts of activities and suggest actions to reduce/eliminate such impacts, reporting environmental incident indicators to responsible areas. * Apply IWS tools of the “equipment owner” (e.g., Centerline, CIL, IPS, RCO, OPLs, triggers, and EO Book development), ensuring discipline and adherence to standards. About you * Completed technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an operator role.
