Observation skills, proactivity, and teamwork **Position: Monitoring Operator for Security Systems** **Responsibilities:** Perform real-time monitoring of clients' electronic security and alarm systems, operating CCTV software and conducting virtual patrols and checklists. Monitor images and events, verify system functionality, and identify potential failures. Record and report incidents, open and track service orders, dispatch external teams and authorities when necessary. Provide customer support and guidance, and prepare operational and shift reports. **Requirements and Skills:** Sustained attention, strong sense of responsibility, and good observational ability. Ability to handle adverse situations calmly and promptly. Proactivity, organization, and initiative. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team.
