Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeDeservesCare** **Responsibilities and duties** **In your daily routine, you will** * Achieve sales and product market penetration results by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Reach sales targets and market share through strategic planning, efficiently allocating time and available financial resources; * Achieve optimal promotional performance of the company's products through training, refining sales techniques, thorough knowledge of promoted products and competitors, and especially understanding physicians' prescribing behaviors; * Ensure sustainability of the company’s brands and maintain physician prescriptions by creating, refining, and adapting sales strategies, effectively addressing objections and expressed needs, maintaining consistent and sequential promotional visits with productive feedback and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, constant updates and maintenance of medical registration data, and targeted positioning of our products in key areas of prescribing potential based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure the company's image of excellence in the market through knowledge, respect, and ethical conduct with physicians, patients, and office staff; * Contribute to a better organizational climate through collaborative behavior and active participation in seeking alternatives and providing suggestions with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in improving processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **To join our process:** * Completed or currently pursuing a higher education degree; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Availability to reside in the city where the position is based; * Willingness to travel. **You will stand out if you have:** * Preferably prior experience in commercial activities and/or customer service. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (Base): **Poços de Caldas – MG** Coverage areas: **Poços de Caldas, Passos, São Sebastião do Paraíso, Alfenas, Guaxupé, and Machado** Schedule: Monday to Friday – **44 weekly working hours** Overnight stays: **10/month** For performing the role, it is **essential** that the CNH is valid.
