Maintaining spreadsheet-based controls and organizing documents We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support administrative and operational routines within the logistics area, assisting with return management, fiscal invoice issuance, inspection of non-conforming materials, and spreadsheet control updates — ensuring organization and timely delivery. **Responsibilities** * Support and monitor return processes, updating spreadsheets and organizing related documents. Provide support in communication among involved departments and perform basic fiscal invoice entries in the system, verifying fundamental data such as invoice number, amounts, and supplier information. Assist in organizing fiscal documents and inspecting the receipt of non-conforming materials. Record information in systems or spreadsheets, track incoming and outgoing movements, and perform basic queries and entries. Follow team instructions, support information generation upon request, maintain updated Excel controls, verify data, and collaborate on preparing simple reports. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Basic Excel knowledge (typing, filters, spreadsheet organization). * Basic computer literacy. * SAP familiarity is desirable.
