Job Summary: The professional will serve meals, ensure the organization and cleanliness of the environment, follow food safety procedures, and assist in supply management while interacting with patients and staff. Focus on food safety and hygiene The professional performs: serving meals according to nutritional guidelines; ensuring appropriate portion sizes and correct meals; preparing trays as instructed; maintaining a clean and organized service area; following food safety and hygiene procedures; monitoring inventory and reporting to the supervisor; assisting with receiving and storing supplies; interacting courteously and respectfully with patients; communicating dietary preferences to the team; collaborating with the team during peak periods; recording meals and observations; preparing daily reports; following safety and emergency procedures; remaining calm and professional during emergencies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Dietary Aide, * Deliver meals and beverages for all meals or upon request, at the location previously indicated by the responsible person; * Sanitize meals, restrooms, dining room, oven, per institutional protocol; * Serve snacks, juices, and salads included in staff meals; * Collect meal trays from department staff and request replenishment when necessary; * Assist in organizing and sanitizing served food; * Perform other tasks relevant to the area of operation, using required equipment and PPE; * Maintain production equipment, ensuring proper use, preservation, and sanitation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental plan * Life insurance * Gympass Partnerships * Unimed Poços represents the realization of a dream held by a group of physicians who, on December 5, 1991, gathered to establish a medical cooperative enabling dignified and ethical work for physician members and humane, high-quality care for its clients.
