You will be responsible for directing clients to their desired destination, answering phone calls, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. To excel in this role, we are seeking someone communicative, organized, and flexible. **Main activities and responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and proactively upon arrival at the facility, directing them according to their needs; * Organize sales representatives' appointments; * Register clients in the system; * Answer phone calls when necessary; * Organize documents related to reception; * Ensure smooth workflow operations; * Keep the workplace organized; * Provide support to other departments within the facility. **What are we looking for?** **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Office suite; * Previous experience in customer service; * Category B driver's license (desirable). **Skills** * Proactive individual who consistently seeks solutions to assist colleagues and customers; * Strong organizational skills, as you will handle various documents requiring different treatments; * Good communication skills and the flexibility to interact with people of diverse backgrounds; * Calm demeanor and ability to handle challenging situations.
