Join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive service orders (SO) and execute them according to internal Policies, Regulations, and Procedures;; Assist the technician in maintenance, repair, and execution of activities; Configure equipment at new customers' residences; Keep equipment and materials organized, clean, and stored in the appropriate location; Record technical and operational information of performed activities in the service order. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed high school education; Availability for travel; Basic knowledge in electrical systems. Pursuing higher education or technical degree in Logistics, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields; Knowledge in Router Configuration; Field experience in Telecommunications activities.
