* We are looking for a Sewing Supervisor who has a sense of urgency, time management skills, and is analytical and dynamic. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the sewing team’s activities, ensuring organization, productivity, and achievement of targets. * Plan and monitor production flow, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Assign work orders according to the team’s technical capacity. * Ensure the quality of produced garments by conducting inspections and making corrections when necessary. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to sewing, machines, and production processes. * Train and guide the team on sewing techniques, proper machine usage, and quality standards. * Control the use of materials and supplies to prevent waste. * Monitor production indicators and prepare reports upon request. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in industrial sewing. * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or sewing supervisor. * Knowledge of various types of sewing machines and garment manufacturing processes. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **Preferred Qualifications (optional):** * Technical training in textiles or related fields. * Experience in quality control and process improvement.
