Research and analysis of market practices to create smarter and more efficient HR processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. Familiarity and experience with tools such as Excel and Power BI. Desire and knowledge in process automation, VBA, and Power Automate are considered advantages. Analytical ability to handle calculations and metrics.
