The **Process Engineering** department plays a strategic role in production optimization, new project development, and improvement of manufacturing flows. Our team consists of engaged professionals with strong technical and collaborative spirit, always open to sharing knowledge and supporting intern development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in the **analysis, standardization, and optimization of production processes**; * Participate in **time and method studies**, contributing to increased efficiency and waste reduction; * Assist in the **creation and updating of work instructions, flowcharts, and process checklists**; * Support the team in the **implementation of new products and equipment on the production line**; * Monitor **process tests and validations**, recording results and proposing improvements; * Contribute to the **development of production layouts and ergonomic improvements**; * Support in the **collection and analysis of data** related to productivity, quality, and equipment performance; * Collaborate with other departments (production, maintenance, quality, and safety) to ensure **good process performance and operational standardization**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.** * **Collaborative, communicative profile with a willingness to learn** in an industrial environment. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
