




**Description:** Manage the 5S program by applying the tool with an internal multidisciplinary committee, proposing improvements and conducting audits to identify and address deviations; Ensure compliance with GMP regulations in all areas by disseminating concepts and reviewing SOPs and the GMP manual together with involved departments; Manage the HACCP tool by applying it in technical meetings with the food safety team, continuously updating relevant documents, and driving actions to improve processes, aiming to ensure product food safety standards; Manage the ISO9001 standard, ensuring that its requirements are met throughout the organization by spreading knowledge and providing support to other departments; Maintain updated and accessible quality management system documents by approving, controlling, and making them available on the network, as well as supporting other departments in creating procedures; Plan, organize, and monitor internal audits by developing the audit program/plan and leading the internal audit team; Control non-conformities identified during internal and external audits. Support departments in responding to non-conformities and verify the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system; Control water potability according to applicable legislation by scheduling and sending external analyses and evaluating test reports, approving or addressing identified deviations; Manage pest control in coordination with the outsourced company by monitoring pest occurrences and correcting irregularities with the involved areas; Conduct training related to applicable food safety and quality management standards and regulations to maintain certifications and comply with relevant legislation (onboarding training, annual GMP review, others as needed); Lead improvement projects within your scope of responsibilities. **Notes on compensation:**
