SUPPORT MOUNTING: Supports the installation of hardware, anchors, and supports on aerial network structures. MATERIAL ORGANIZATION: Organizes and transports materials, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the worksite. BASIC INSTALLATION: Performs simple installation routines and cleaning of splice enclosures. SAFETY AND ORGANIZATION: Maintains a clean and organized workplace, prioritizing safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of optical networks and aerial network infrastructure (CTO, poles, guy wires). Familiarity with manual tools and personal protective equipment. Ability to follow technical instructions under close supervision. Basic understanding of safety regulations (NR10 and NR35\). Physical fitness and responsibility for equipment handling. Attention to detail and safety at height. Team spirit and adherence to technician/supervisor instructions. Commitment to punctuality and organization.
