**Summary description:** Responsible for supporting the administrative activities of the department, providing operational support to the cooperative's internal processes under the supervision of the immediate supervisor and team, contributing to the organization of administrative routines and professional development, in accordance with the cooperative's guidelines and the apprenticeship program. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in the department's administrative routines; * Support internal service delivery and routing of requests; * Assist in organizing physical and digital documents; * Perform simple data entries in internal systems, when necessary; * Support the completion of spreadsheets and administrative controls; * Assist in archiving and verifying documents; * Support updating information and records; * Assist in monitoring the department's operational requests; * Support preparing simple reports; * Assist in telephone support and internal departmental assistance; * Maintain workplace organization; * Participate in training sessions promoted by the cooperative and the apprenticeship program; * Follow the immediate supervisor's instructions regarding assigned tasks; * Comply with the cooperative's internal rules, policies, and guidelines; * Support departmental activities as directed by leadership; * Demonstrate ethical and professional conduct in all performed activities; * Carry out other related tasks compatible with the apprenticeship program. * Ensure that standards of ethics and appropriate professional conduct become part of the organizational culture; * Ensure compliance with the cooperative's internal regulations; * Follow the Employee Handbook and other policies and guidelines from the People Management area; * Perform other related tasks at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
