Responsible for facilitating national sales processes by organizing documents, monitoring inspections, requesting materials, travel arrangements, and supplies, among other tasks—thereby enabling management and sales representatives to perform their respective duties and generate positive results for the company. * Free up sales representatives’ time to generate results by handling order placement, inspections, customer service (when the sales representative is unavailable), taking photos, sending samples, uploading documents to customers’ portals, and verifying material availability in production. * Ensure alignment between physical and virtual inventory through on-site verification. * Monitor general material inspections (checking polishing, standards, dimensions, and defects—where applicable—among other aspects). * Assist with specific company marketing initiatives. * Process optimization. * Suggest and identify potential improvements in administrative processes to ensure service quality. * Periodically check available material inventory via the system to support weekly PCP demands. * Prepare quotations when monitored by the sales representative or manager. * Track orders in production via the system. * Advance the process by preparing documents, verifying them, and delivering them to the logistics department. * Support sales representatives traveling on business by monitoring email and initiating actions within one’s scope of competence and responsibility, while always reporting all actions taken. * Report any process discrepancies to the immediate supervisor and halt any activity that may pose risks to health, safety, or physical integrity of any individual.
