Hardware and software installation and configuration We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Analyst to work on-site in Porto Alegre, providing support, maintenance, and operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The professional will contribute to operational continuity, user support, and compliance with IT standards and procedures. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, microcomputing, networks, and Windows operating systems; Familiarity with Windows 11 and Office 365. **Responsibilities:** Provide user support, identifying and resolving IT infrastructure issues—including operating systems, corporate applications, networks, and telephony—ensuring quality and responsiveness; Perform basic hardware, operating system (Windows 11), Office 365, and corporate software installation, configuration, and maintenance; Support administration and control of user accounts and access permissions to systems and networks, in accordance with policies; Perform basic computer and telephony service maintenance, assisting in fault identification and tracking of corrective actions; Prepare and maintain an updated hardware inventory—including IT equipment, maintenance contracts, and warranty periods—to ensure IT asset control and traceability; Support hardware equipment specification and configuration. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
