The company is currently undergoing a strategic phase of **industrial management professionalization**, especially within the **PCP** area, which historically has been managed with a strong operational bias and limited use of metrics, processes, and systems. The current challenge is to establish a **professional, data-, cost-, and efficiency-oriented PCP**, bringing predictability, control, and a solid foundation for strategic decision-making. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Hire a **Head of PCP** to **build the Production Planning and Control function from scratch** at Brumagran, implementing **processes, controls, KPIs, routines, and ERP integration**, transforming a labor-intensive operation into a **data- and method-driven operation**. This professional will play a central role in **waste reduction**, **cost control**, **inventory management**, and **productivity improvement**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Strategically structure and lead the **PCP** department * Implement formal processes for production planning, scheduling, and control * Develop and monitor **production, cost, efficiency, and loss KPIs** * Implement **rigorous inventory controls** (blocks, slabs, raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods) * Integrate PCP with the **ERP**, ensuring reliable and traceable data * Map actual production costs by stage, product, and process * Reduce rework, bottlenecks, waste, and unproductive activities * Establish daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring routines * Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance teams * Train operational teams to follow standards, processes, and controls * Sustain a culture of **discipline, accountability, and execution** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Solid experience in **industrial PCP**, preferably in: * ornamental stones * mining * heavy industry * industrial processing * Strong knowledge of: * production planning and scheduling * industrial cost control * inventory management * efficiency metrics (OEE, productivity, losses, lead time, etc.) * Practical experience with **industrial ERP** (implementation, configuration, or restructuring) * Proven ability to **implement processes and controls from scratch** * Analytical profile, data-driven, and decision-oriented * Technical leadership with a firm and professional stance **CULTURAL FIT (ELIMINATORY CRITERION)** We seek a professional who: * Acts with **honesty and ethics** * Assumes **individual accountability** for results * Does not accept victimhood, excuses, or improvisation * Maintains a practical, direct, and professional attitude * Enjoys structuring, organizing, and enforcing standards * Has the courage to change processes and confront resistance * Is execution-, method-, and results-oriented * ️ **A complacent, overly operational, or indicator-averse profile does not fit.** **WORK MODEL** * **On-site** – industrial unit in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim * **Contract type:** Individual Legal Entity (PJ) * **Start date:** Immediate * Direct involvement in operations and on the shop floor **COMPENSATION** * **Structure:** Fixed + Variable * **Guarantee:** base salary guaranteed for the **first 90 days**, dedicated to implementation of new standards, processes, and controls * **Variable component:** tied to effective process implementation and **achievement of defined KPIs** * **Estimated total range:** between **R$ 8,000 and R$ 15,000 per month**, depending on performance and delivered results Compensation aligned with **actual delivery and operational impact**.
