Job Summary: Operate production machines, carrying out tasks according to work instructions and scheduling, maintaining organization and contributing to new product development. Key Highlights: 1. Operate equipment and microscopes, performing setup changes 2. Maintain workplace organization using the 5S methodology 3. Assist in introducing new products into production Operate production machines, performing tasks according to work instructions and pre-established scheduling. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate equipment in the processes for which the candidate is qualified/assigned; * Operate digital and analog microscopes; * Perform and/or support setup changes on machines corresponding to their area; * Handle calipers; * Maintain workplace organization by applying the 5S methodology; * Comply with cleanroom usage protocols; * Record data in systems; * Assist in introducing new products into production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in progress (preferred) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Industrial experience preferred. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 2: Monday to Saturday, from 2:50 PM to 11:10 PM; **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Pharmacy discount program; * Payroll-deductible loan; * Discounts on language schools and universities. **We are HT Micron**, an industry supplying **advanced semiconductor products**.
