Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices. ### **Join South System and Take Off!** We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to board our spacecraft and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. #### **Senior Flutter Developer** #### **Location: Hybrid** **Responsibilities**: * Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, focusing on usability, performance, and security; * Lead technical design and architecture for new features, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions; * Create and optimize UI/UX components, ensuring fluidity and visual consistency—especially in mobility scenarios (geolocation, physical interactions, etc.); * Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL, geolocation services (Google Maps, Mapbox), and payment APIs (NFC, QR Code); * Implement monitoring, observability, and telemetry practices using tools such as Firebase Analytics and Sentry; * Participate in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments to app stores (App Store and Google Play); * Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and end\-to\-end tests; * Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams, contributing technical and business insights; * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and the team’s technical growth; * Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability and reliability. **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience with Flutter, including best practices and architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture); * Proficiency in Dart for mobile development; * Experience with large-scale mobile applications; * Experience publishing to App Store and Google Play, including certificate and provisioning profile management; * Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries; * Knowledge of state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or MobX; * Experience with Flutter navigation tools (Navigator 2\.0, GoRouter); * Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and scalability practices; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Trello; * Ability to configure and optimize development environments (Xcode, Android Studio); * Analytical, collaborative mindset with initiative to propose effective technical solutions. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with urban mobility, retail, loyalty programs, or electronic payment applications; * Knowledge of native module integration (Swift/Objective\-C and Kotlin/Java); * Experience with other mobile technologies such as React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform; * Experience developing custom native components for Flutter; * Knowledge of mobile cybersecurity, including LGPD and cryptography. **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, curated and guided by the Business Partner team based on team recommendations. * **Remote work allowance** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
