Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Operationalize TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Conduct Micro Repairs in IT, aiming to diagnose, correct issues, or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Carry out other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role.
