Job Summary: CIEE-RS is seeking a proactive and communicative Monitor to support students in their professional and administrative development, conducting follow-ups and preparing reports. Then THIS OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: MONITOR at CIEE\-RS! \*Temporary contract position\* Review the responsibilities for this opportunity below: * Monitor candidate registration processes to meet established targets; * Verify candidates' eligibility criteria and register qualified candidates in the program; * Contact students via various communication channels and provide access credentials to eligible students; * Monitor students’ first access to the platform; * Track and monitor students’ progress in the preparatory course; * Coordinate the distribution of students’ school supplies to units while maintaining records of receipt; * Prepare program materials when necessary; * Propose and implement strategies to motivate and engage students; * Provide technical support for the platform; * Keep information organized and up-to-date on the platform; * Prepare monthly reports and, when required, reports on program indicators. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Teaching Licenses, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30 Employment Type: CLT (Temporary Contract) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal or Food Allowance via Sodexo card * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Uniodonto Dental Insurance Plan * Gympass for physical health * Viva Psychology for mental health * Pharmacy discount * PPR
