As a fundamental part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring all logistics activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of organization, sharp analytical skills, and deep understanding of logistics processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Monitoring transportation schedules together with the Operations Coordinator; * Preparing and issuing mandatory documents for road and air transportation; * Issuing electronic freight bills, manifests, MDF-e, CIOT, and toll payments; * Requesting monitoring from the relevant department; * Handling telephone inquiries. For this role, we seek candidates with experience in logistics or transportation operations and an academic background in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in logistics management software and experience in data analysis are highly valued.
