As a fundamental part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of organization, sharp analytical skills, and a deep understanding of logistics processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Monitoring transportation scheduling together with the Operations Coordinator; * Preparing mandatory documentation for road and air transportation; * Issuing electronic transport manifests (CT-e), manifests, MDF-e, CIOT, and toll purchases; * Requesting monitoring from the relevant department; * Handling telephone inquiries. For this position, we seek candidates with experience in logistics or transportation operations, and an academic background in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in logistics management software and experience in data analysis are highly valued.
