Job Summary: The Building Maintenance Assistant is responsible for inspecting and repairing equipment, lighting, electrical installations, and plumbing systems, as well as providing support across various areas of building maintenance. Position: **Building Maintenance Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment operation; * Repair lighting equipment and electrical installations; * Replace lighting equipment, clean hydraulic equipment, clean and replace filters, repair cracks and fissures; * Restore paintwork, repair furniture, replace doors, repair ceilings; * Support the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance departments; **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of repairs; tools; building systems; and workplace safety; * Completed elementary education; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in building maintenance, electrical systems, or plumbing. * Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and building automation systems. * Experience working in building maintenance teams.
