Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Construction Site Elevator Operator, your responsibilities will include:** * Checking the elevator’s operational conditions at the start of each shift, per checklist and safety regulations; * Operating construction site elevators to transport personnel, materials, equipment, and tools, respecting load limits; * Performing minor adjustments and simple repairs to ensure proper equipment functioning; * Reporting irregularities, supporting your immediate supervisor, and contributing to corrective action planning; * Maintaining equipment condition, workplace organization, and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience operating construction site elevators (rack-and-pinion type); * Knowledge of and/or training in NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, and NR-6; **Preferred qualifications include:** * Completed secondary education; * Previous experience on construction sites involving vertical transportation of cargo and personnel; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Information** **Upon joining our team, Orguel offers the following benefits!** **Transportation**: Transportation allowance for your commute. **Meals**: Meal allowance or meal voucher—choose whichever suits your daily needs best. **Medical and Dental Assistance**: For you and your dependents.
