Here, we value and encourage individuality in every person, within a healthy and collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Construction Elevator Operator, your responsibilities will include:** * Verify elevator operational conditions at the start of each shift, following checklists and safety regulations; * Operate construction elevators to transport personnel, materials, equipment, and tools, respecting load limits; * Perform minor adjustments and simple repairs to ensure proper equipment functioning; * Report irregularities, support immediate supervisors, and contribute to defining corrective actions; * Maintain equipment condition, workplace organization, and proper use of PPE; Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience operating construction elevators (rack-and-pinion type); * Knowledge of and/or training in NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, and NR-6; **Preferred qualifications include:** * Completed high school education; * Previous experience at construction sites involving vertical transportation of cargo and personnel; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Information** **By joining our team, Orguel offers the following benefits!** **Transportation**: Transportation Allowance for your commute. **Meals**: Meal Allowance or Food Allowance — choose whichever suits your daily needs. **Medical and Dental Assistance**: For you and your dependents.
