Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising and resolving emergencies, monitoring technical failures, controlling access, assisting residents, and conducting visible patrols. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and resolution of emergency situations and technical problems. 2. Access control and security, including during condominium events. 3. Assistance to residents and vehicle-based patrols using the company's vehicle. **Responsibilities:** – Supervision and resolution of emergency situations; – Monitoring locations experiencing internet outages or technical issues; – Access control, ensuring security and integrity of access points; – Logistics transportation, delivering materials to technicians or suppliers; – Assisting residents by providing guidance and training on the use of security devices and systems; – Access control during condominium events, supervising entry and exit throughout the events; – Visible patrols, operating the company's vehicle for patrolling; – Preparing routine reports to monitor operations; – Assisting in cases of mechanical problems with gates, remaining on-site until the technician arrives, and managing access during the wait; **Requirements:** – Driver's License Category B; – Completed high school education; – Basic computer knowledge; – Flexibility regarding working hours/overtime; – Sense of urgency and responsibility; – Commitment; – Good communication skills; – Prior experience in this role **(public-facing experience will be considered an advantage)**.
