The professional role of Security Operation Center Operator must be qualified to serve as a Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC) operator. This professional is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents in real time to protect an organization's assets against cyber threats. Responsibilities include triaging security alerts, investigating suspicious activities, executing incident response procedures, supporting mitigation measure implementation, and collaborating with IT and security teams to strengthen environmental defense. Additionally, this role requires maintaining detailed incident records, utilizing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools for analysis and reporting, and adhering to security best practices and standards to ensure system and data integrity. * Execute pre-established information security threat, vulnerability, and risk monitoring and detection activities; * Execute pre-established cybersecurity incident analysis and response activities; * Execute pre-established security policy and procedure development and implementation activities; * Execute pre-established cybersecurity solution maintenance activities; * Notify internal and external customers; * Provide general administrative support, including document organization, document preparation, scheduling, report generation, and ticket creation; * Provide low-complexity technical support; * Support activities performed by analysts within the assigned team.
