Technical management and on-site project monitoring ### **Technical Coordinator – Projects / Technical Support for Construction (TSC)** ### **Position Summary** A professional responsible for the technical coordination of projects, focusing on integration, coordination, analysis, and approval of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring execution of activities in accordance with scope, schedule, quality, and technical requirements. Will act as Technical Support for Construction (TSC), supporting the Contract Coordinator in technical and managerial deliverables, and serving as the interface between engineering, suppliers, clients, and field teams. Will be responsible for monitoring project implementation, preferably in industrial environments and data centers, performing technical management, risk analysis, change control, and monitoring of project deliverables. ### **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary projects, ensuring discipline integration and technical compliance; Perform technical analysis, validation, and approval of detailed design documents; Act as Technical Support for Construction (TSC), supporting contract coordination in technical and operational matters; Ensure execution of the project management plan, monitoring scope, schedule, cost, and quality; Manage resources, risks, changes, and project deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules; Promote integration and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; Facilitate communication among engineering teams, clients, suppliers, and field personnel; Conduct follow-up meetings, prepare minutes, and track action plans; Validate technical deliverables and monitor physical progress of activities; Prepare and monitor management documents, such as risk registers, change plans, and lessons learned; Produce management reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards; Support implementation of industrial projects and/or data centers; Monitor retrofit construction and implementation of industrial warehouses; Provide technical oversight of HVAC systems, chillers, and fan coil units; Conduct on-site technical monitoring, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements; Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and implementation processes. ### **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; Experience in management and implementation of multidisciplinary projects; Experience in analysis, integration, and coordination of projects; Experience in industrial construction, retrofit, or industrial warehouse implementation; Experience in technical site supervision and field management; Knowledge of risk management, change control, and deliverable tracking; Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams; Familiarity with preparing management reports, KPIs, and dashboards; Experience in large-scale industrial environments; Desirable: experience in data center implementation; Desirable: technical knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers and fan coil units; Desirable: experience as Technical Support for Construction (TSC); Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and ability to manage multiple tasks; Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
