Job Summary: A Purchasing Analyst will assist in the importation of raw materials and inputs, control costs, and perform financial and tax closing of import processes. Key Highlights: 1. Request the opening of ex-tariff classifications and provide support in drawback procedures. Collaborate in maintaining import department procedures. Control import costs and monitor container lead times. Conduct tests on the import system. Request freight bids for imports and spot quotations. Record import payments and perform financial and tax closing of import processes. Manage the export of materials that entered under temporary import status.
