Job Summary: This Purchasing Analyst will assist in the operational import process, control costs, monitor containers, conduct system testing, and perform financial and tax closing. Request ex-tariff classification and provide drawback support. Collaborate in maintaining import department procedures. Control import costs and monitor container lead times. Conduct tests on the import system. Request import freight bids and spot quotations. Record import payments and perform financial and tax closing for import processes. Manage the export of goods that entered under temporary importation.
